Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. SendFlow links your existing WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number the same way WhatsApp Web does. There is no Meta approval or template review.
Will my number get banned?
Numbers that message their own customers with useful notifications are safe in normal use. Unsolicited bulk marketing, bought lists and messages people report as spam can get any number banned by WhatsApp. We pace messages for you, but you are responsible for who you message. Use a dedicated business number.
Does my phone need to stay online?
No. After linking, messages are sent from our servers. Open WhatsApp on the phone at least once every two weeks to keep the link active.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan, transfer the amount to the bank account shown on the invoice, and upload the receipt in your dashboard. We verify it and activate your plan, usually within a few hours.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?
New messages are rejected with a clear error until the next month or until you upgrade. Messages already queued are still delivered.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans don't renew automatically; if you don't pay the renewal invoice, sending simply stops. You can delete your account and all its data from Account settings.
Are my messages end-to-end encrypted?
Yes. Every message travels on WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption between your number and your customer's phone, so WhatsApp, Meta and internet providers can't read it.
Who can see my messages?
Only you and the people you message. Message text, customer replies and your WhatsApp session keys are stored with AES-256 encryption, and our admin tools show only the number, time and delivery status, never the text. The one exception: a message blocked by spam protection can be reviewed to prevent abuse. Our servers handle your messages in order to send them, as any sending service must.
Is my data secure?
Passwords are stored as secure hashes, the site runs on HTTPS only, every API key can be limited to your server IPs, two-step login is available, and you choose how long message text is kept (1 to 90 days). After that only the date, number and status remain.
